Eight North is a wine-focused restaurant, bar and event space in the heart of downtown Calistoga, CA. Rooted in community, sense of place, and the pursuit of one’s North Star, it's a space to experience the “best of Calistoga” under one roof, where guests are invited to taste, explore, discover, and dine.

We cook with fire, pour with purpose, and celebrate the best of Calistoga’s producers, artisans and terroir. Our menu is filled with peak-season produce used in bold, ingredient-driven dishes that pair with our carefully curated wine list.
Wine Tastings At Eight North
Eight North features a dedicated tasting area where we showcase a rotating selection of wines from across Calistoga and the Napa Valley, including both established and emerging local wineries. Guests are invited to customize their own tasting experience, enjoy thoughtfully paired food selections, and learn about local terroir and the winemaking process.
Watch the Big Game with us
Celebrate the big game right here with elevated bites, crafted cocktails, and curated wines and beers. We’ll be playing the game on our big screen displays with full audio.
