Neil Robinson

General Manager

Neil Robinson brings more than 30 years of hospitality experience to his role as General Manager of Eight North. He began his career in San Francisco, spending 11 years at the Park Hyatt San Francisco before relocating to Charleston, South Carolina, where he managed several restaurants over the course of 12 years.

Neil returned to the Bay Area and moved to Wine Country 14 years ago. Prior to joining Eight North Neil served as a general manager for Lark Creek Group, later as the opening general manager of Fleetwood and other hospitality projects in the Napa Valley.

His connection to Calistoga began much earlier. Neil grew up visiting the town, where his grandparents—and his great-grandparents before them—often spent their summers. While opening Fleetwood, he rediscovered his love for Calistoga’s small-town feel and strong sense of community and ultimately made it his home.

Throughout his career, Neil has developed deep expertise in restaurant operations, beverage programs, and guest service. He believes exceptional hospitality begins with understanding guests’ needs and consistently exceeding their expectations. As a Calistoga resident, Neil is especially excited to lead a restaurant in his own community and help make Eight North an integral part of the local dining scene.
